Open it with Fontforge (e.g., File > Open).

Assuming that Windows doesn't really anycodings_truetype know how to deal with TTC files (which I anycodings_truetype honestly find strange), you can 'split' anycodings_truetype the combined fonts in an easy way if you anycodings_truetype use fontforge.
